Moon has a relationship with your mood

David Avery is a psychiatrist in Seattle, USA. One day a person came to them. Whose illness was very strange. He was an engineer from whom David Avery also met in 2005. He was a victim of strange thoughts. Sometimes he would think of suicide, sometimes he would go to the moon.

The sleep of that engineer was also reversed. He never used to sleep all night. And sometimes he slept twelve hours a day.

Since the person was also an engineer, he also kept an equal account of this movement of his life. When David Avery looked at that record carefully, it came to know that the sleep and mood of that engineer were going on in the sea- There was a direct connection with the slam. He was getting affected by the tide. When the tide came, he could not sleep at night. At first, David Avery dismissed the man’s words. And saved his record.

After 12 years, the famous psychiatrist Thomas Wehr published a research paper about 17 such patients.

These people had such a disease, due to which they used to fall prey to depression and sometimes redundancy at regular intervals.

The cycle of their normal living and suffering from depression was directly related to the rise and fall of the moon. Since ancient times, humans were greatly influenced by the moon.

In such a situation, if the behaviour of some humans was affected by this, then it was not very surprising for psychologists.

The English word Lunacy means madness. It derives from the Latin word lunatics, which means that the moon is under attack.

The Greek philosopher Aristotle and the Roman naturalist Pliny the Elder also believed that insanity and epileptic seizures are caused by the moon. It was also believed that pregnant women often had children on the full moon. However, no scientific record exists in this regard.

There has also been no research on whether Purnamasi is more prone to psychosis in patients with psychosis. However, according to research, the number of out-of-home crimes increases in Purnima. Is that there is an effect of the moon’s rise and fall on sleep.

People take more time to sleep around Poornamasi and they are also less asleep.

Although sleep experts such as Vladislav Vyazovsky of Oxford University does not substantiate these figures, they believe that this requires lengthy research. American psychiatrist William Wehr did research about this and he looked at the behaviour of the patients for a long time and found that the high and low level of the moon in their behaviour is due to the rise and fall of the moon. Effect occurs. The biggest effect we see as moonlight.

The night of Amavasya is the darkest, while the full moonlight is brightly lit. Apart from this, the tides in the sea also come according to the rise and fall of the moon. Tides come on the full moon, while on the new moon. Wehr also found that as the size of the moon increases in his patients, the number of seizures increases.

The funny thing is that the behaviour of these patients also changes after 206 days. Because there is a ‘supermoon’ every 206 days. Ann Virz-Justice of the Department of Psychology of Basel University, Switzerland, was also convinced of these figures, but she failed to understand the reason behind it.

Ann Virz-Justice admits that people do not sleep properly on a bright moonlight night and become irritable. Our body’s biological clock is affected by the fluctuations of the moon and its 24-hour cycle is affected. Many people can also become a victim of depression due to low sleepiness. However, Wehr believes that in today’s era there is so much artificial light that the moonlight is very effective.

Earth’s magnetic field. In such the situation, perhaps the gravity of the moon has a greater effect on people’s behaviour.

It is believed that the Moon’s gravity affects the Earth’s magnetic fields and some people are more sensitive to them.

Their behaviour is also influenced by the moon. Robert Wicks of University College, London, says that seawater contains salt.

Because of this, electrical waves flow from them. They belong to the earth’s magnetic field.

Some research has found the effect of the Sun’s chakra cycle on heart attacks, epileptic seizures, fear and self-harm. Because they produce electric waves.

Many times they fail to the power grid. This is the reason why some experts believe that they have an effect on our heart and mind.

The important role of cryptochrome, however, only limited research has been done on this. Some insects, birds and fish have magnetic sensation. However, humans do not have these properties. But according to research conducted this year, magnetic fields are affected by humans. However, there is no specific information about how important it is in our lives.

But, it is certain that the movements of our brain are affected by magnetic waves. They also take care of this magnetic field. There is a protein inside a fly called cryptochrome.

It acts as a magnetic sensor. The biological clock of our body has an important role of cryptochrome in it.

Moon’s gravity. This biological clock, present in every cell, is governed by the brain’s master clock. When this cryptochrome protein meets the element named flavin, it sends a message to our body’s biological clock that it is the day.

When magnetic flies were applied to some flies, their biological clock speed changed. This also caused their sleep to be reversed. Now if this happens to humans, Wehr and Avery are able to get to the bottom of their patients’ behaviour. But in humans, cryptochromes behave differently than flies.

In such a situation, it can now be argued that the Moon’s gravity affects the patients of Wehr and Avery. Which affects their mood.

Research on a plant named Arabidopsis Italiana has found that its roots grow according to the moon’s rotation of the earth.

Because it develops in water and the effect of the moon’s gravitational force on the water’s edge has been seen.

Now if the cycle of the moon has an effect on the cells of plants, then the possibility of its effect on the cells Humans also cannot be ruled out.

He believes that the gravitational force of the Moon affects their patients’ brains. There are no two opinions about this.
